Pragmatic and outcome-focused, Revel believes that at the end of a coaching assignment, all stakeholders should feel there has been a significant ROI delivered to the individual, team(s) and business.

He takes a systems-based perspective to his work, considering the needs and drivers of all stakeholders, both within and external to the organisation.

From a craft perspective, Revel draws on a wide range of evidence-based coaching approaches, which include cognitive-behavioural, psychodynamic, narrative, neuroscientific, developmental, solution-focused, and strengths-based techniques. He also leverages best-in-class 360’s and psychometric instruments as needed.
